Friends, human rights, teamwork

We are on day 3 of the workshop to create the HRE-guide, and the ideas are falling together. However, it is not always as easy to agree on everything and good teamwork is required. I have asked 3 of the participants what they think has been the best and the most difficult part of our time together this far.

” The best achievement of today is that we have discovered some tools that can really change attitudes, and that also can contribute to the global campaign. The most difficult part is the fact that we do not have as much time as we wish to create all the necessary recourses. – Madalin (Romania)

The best part is the designing of the guide when we were making the content. The most difficult part of the weekend together has been to remember the names and nationality of the other team members. -Noma (Zimbabwe)

The best part has been the interaction between the people, because we all have a different background. Especially people from outside Europe. The most challenging part has been the developing of the guide itself, because I think that it is always a huge challenge to preserve the diversity of the group and at the same time find points that the whole group will agree on. -Jacub (Czech republic)
